This website presents Fountant, a cloud platform for agencies and businesses to plan and publish on social media and handle comments and messages with the help of artificial intelligence, and lets you request access and subscribe. The service is contracted under the Terms of service and its Data Processing Agreement.

The information on this website is informative and commercial. Nothing on it is legal advice.

3. Terms of use of the website

Access to this website is free and makes you a user, who undertakes to use it lawfully, in good faith and in line with this notice. Using the website for unlawful or harmful purposes, or in any way that may damage, overload or impair the service, is prohibited.

The public website is served through Cloudflare and the application is hosted by Hetzner (Germany), with files stored on DigitalOcean (Frankfurt). The providers involved in processing data, with their location and safeguards, are listed in the subprocessor list and the Privacy policy.

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy policy and cookies are used as described in the Cookie policy.

9. Governing law
